Hunger continues to be of global and national concern. Over 300 million people worldwide suffer from the devastating effects from the lack of proper nutrition. In America, the richest country in the world, nearly 35 million people live in hungry and food insecure households.

Channels is a non-profit organization which collects perishable food from donors and distributes to our member agencies such as homeless shelters, soup kitchens, etc. We have a three pronged approach which involves gathering the necessary resources, food preparation and delivery, and educational programs - all aimed at alleviating hunger in Central Pennsylvania.
